Service line 3:
Assistance with transition to International Accounting Principles (IAS) and U.S. GAAP

Preliminary review of the effects of the transition on the individual accounting entries and on the accounting processes. Quantification and determination of the effects that the change in accounting principles will have on the balance sheet, income statement and related information.
Preparation of the first-time adoption accounts.

The reviews are structured through meetings with the company management involved in the transition to the new accounting principles.

 
Output:
Analysis of the impact of the change in accounting principles on each financial statement area;
Formalization of first-time (IAS/U.S. GAAP) adoption accounts;
Preparation of financial schedules and related explanatory notes according to the new accounting principles (IAS/U.S. GAAP).
